Here's what we are doing to keep you and our home inspectors safe:
We wear personal protection equipment (face masks, gloves, shoe covers) upon entering the home.
We wash our hands with soap prior to every inspection.
We wash our hands multiple times during the inspection.
We bring our own towels and use them often to dry our hands after washing them.
We use disinfectant wipes when touching faucets, door handles, and other common surfaces.
We avoid shaking hands, fist bumps and similar contact behaviors.
We keep hand sanitizer nearby to easily disinfect ourselves when required.
We will avoid touching our faces, mouths and eyes.
We maintain a distance of 6 feet from all people in order to protect all parties involved.
We request that if anyone is sick at the home to be inspected, to let us know so we can reschedule the inspection.
If one of our inspectors feels sick, they will not conduct an inspection.
We also request that clients (typically the buyer) do not touch anything inside of the home.
If any scheduled attendee feels sick or shows signs of illness, we request that they not attend the inspection.
If there is a minor in the home, there must also be an adult from the family present; we will not enter a home that has only minors and no adult present.
